Piling & foundations

Due to an extremely soft soil type on site the foundations had to be supported with piles. In some cases this meant drilling 20 meters down to find a solid base to anchor to. The precision of these piles was of massive importance as the ground beams (foundations) the building relies on for support are all carried by them.

A combination of careful planning and specialist equipment allowed us to lay all the foundations in one morning.
